Union County Freeholder Chairman Angel G. Estrada (L) and Acting Public Safety Director Richard Childs (R) present Public Safety employee Mark Mross of Roselle Park with a resolution recognizing his profession performance in installing child safety seats for the county. One of the seats he installed helped save the life of an 18-month-old child who was involved in a serious car accident in Cranford in June.
